History

Skyline Europe, experts in office construction. Group Minerva, developer of residential real estate. They both share the same dream: to build sustainable, green urban neighbourhoods where people live, work and socialise. When in 2010 the request came to develop the old railroad site next to Antwerp Zuid, the two companies found Triple Living together as partners.

The rest is history. The former railroad yards have now been transformed into the thriving new urban district of Nieuw Zuid. With the acquisition of LIG in 2018, the Slachthuis site, as Antwerp's second major urban extension,  also fell under the wings of Triple Living, which has since grown into an internationally valued partner in urban development.
